US court rejects Polanski appeal over sex case

Director Roman Polanski tried to have his case dismissed gender rejected by the California Court of Appeal.
Polanski, who is under house arrest in the Swiss chalet, is fighting against extradition to the United States in 1977 in a case of unlawful sex with minors.
The 2nd District Court of Appeal of California announced the decision on the site, and said that three judges agreed to dismiss the complaint.
Prosecutors alleged misconduct claim was the cause of the rejection he said.
They argue that the judge in Los Angeles, died today at the manipulation behind the scenes action, as the case in 1977.
